How to Allow Account Manager Access

Account Manager Access

You now have the option to give full admin rights to your Account Manager.

There are two ways in which this can be done:

1.Email Confirmation

You will receive an email, like this one, click the link as highlighted below

You will then be taken to a webpage to Approve or Deny the request. Before confirming check the email address to make sure that the request is from your account manager and click either Approve Request or Deny Request

1.Approve through your admin

Go to Tools -- > Account Manager Access, here you can manage which account managers have access to your admin area.

You can see the status of a request and from here enable and disable access if required using the buttons provided.

Once access has been granted to your Account Manager they will receive an email notification.
