How to View Customer Enquiries

You can expect a number of enquiries captured by the enquiry form on your Tyres and Service website’s Contact Us page.

Click on the customer name to manage the enquiry or their email address if you want to respond by email.

If you choose you can change the status of an enquiry from New to Resolved. Also you can add some notes if you choose.
